I know it looks kinda tacky, but I think it'd work for my new Oscar until I can upgrade him to his 5 gallon.

the only thing that can go in there is guppy fry, and even then..
 
Ya I agree it's sad because I can see people that don't have fish knowledge and say oh that's cute and they put a fish in there because they see the pictures of angels and such in there. You could put like shrimp or snails. I think to open you unlatch the chain part.
 
At least they tossed in a 2" live plant for the fish. lol

Their is no filter, heater, etc...

I vote they use a baby arowana for the next tank...:eek:
