No. They would cover hardware costs. Livestock isnt covered.

well guys i have to say i think the pine panneling is there to go with the rest of his house, note the door trim in the top pic, and there are logs in one end of tank surrounding. I think it probly looks good if you can see it in comparisson to the rest of the house

Awesome tank. I can't even imagine what his power bill is with the going rate of electricity these days. :thud: And I'd hate to be the one to do partials. Wouldn't that work out to about 170 gallons(more or less) each time?

But I have one question: If you want to remain anonymous and not have people bothering you with questions, why have your picture posted with the tank?

he did eventually post in the thread, it is just that when the pictures were first put up he didn't have the time to answer questions because of his job and family. He did actually say what his power bill was for the tank. :D good luck finding where :D

He said his energy bill was roughly (for the tank alone) $350 per month.

Nice tank. BUT......

As a freshwater guy I have to say what a shame that he wasted it on salt.

That tank would make a beautiful Central america biotope with some nice cichlids. Then IMO opinion it would be a complete tank.
