Just listed some more stuff on aquabid. I offer a "sample" if you'd like to try another type of plant and dipping in potassium permanganate to rid the plants of unwanted hitchhikers (free if you mention your an AC member).

Thankyou Nataku ,I knew you could be genuinely helpful ,just upset about this whole border issue. How about we smuggle some into canada for me beviking.being pretty adicted to shrimp I have been jonesing for thease guys for some time but can't find any anywhere here, maybe outa season.
On a serious note if you know anyone above you ,say in Canada that has any of thease illusive creatures ANYONE can you reffer me please :)
aside from plants they are on the top of my list.Does anyone know if riccia fluitans is supposed t be expensive ,I was thinking of floating it & they suggested it was more expensive,20 bux for a 6 inch floating circle sound about right? maybe ile try a smaller amount & just not submerdge it.

Ide be totaly into buying your maximum amount of shrimp & look into your plants as well if we could get it through.Meet you @ the border ,ile paddle across in my kayak & we can do the deal lmao that sounds soo bad.
what are you in for? uhh smugling aquatic plants & cherry shrimps! well I hope they were good,,, uh you don't eat em .Can you imagine explaining that to anyone . yah I got the stuff man you got the money , it just sounds ridiculous butr I know it's part of a serious issue I don't fully understand.

tele, I have shipped to Canada b4, shrimp and plants. It's not a big deal. The only problem is that air mail which is suppose to take 4-7 days, ended up taking 10-14 days! Those Canadians I had the pleasure of doing business with, blamed it on the Canada Post. Some plants made it, some didn't. Same as for the shrimp but they faired much better than the plants!
I thought I was onto something until weeks went by w/o word of received shipments. So, I have discontinued shipping to Canada. I have seen Cherry shrimp for sale in Canada on aquabid.com though.
Riccia is suppose to be expensive, why idk, cuz it grows like crazy! I sell it on aquabid here and there for $5. That's for a "sandwich bag +" size mat (I grow it floating and it gets THICK) which is more like a quart bag size!
I'll admit paddling across the river with shrimp and plants in tow sounds like fun, but I'd rather put them in a box, apropriately labelled and send 'em out. Not really into the jail scene ;)

i'm glad you found the humour in it & had to tell you today I saw realy red shrimps for 3.99 but opted for the less red cherry shrimp 10 for 20bucks.they said it was a differant shipment so the redder ones were more.Mine are pinkish & realy small. They also told me they had rock shrimp last week.
The moral is all big al's don't carry the same fish @ all locations, even their sales are subject to locations availabiliy
