While at the lfs, I happened upon a couple chocolate chip starfish. Anyone know anything about them... size, temperament, special needs, etc.?

CCS can get to be 6 inches tip to tip. Any starfish that has bumps on its back (is not smooth) is predatory. Chocolate Chips can not be put in reefs. I had one eat some tiny little rock anemones of some sort. They like to be fed shrimp and such like that. They are copper sensitive like all inverts. Other than that they are very hardy, and are great aquarium inhabitants.

Thanks a bunch for the info...

I eventually will be keeping reef and fish inhabitants... I guess they would be too dangerous... they did look pretty cool tho.
