Hello, this is my first post on here so bear with me. Currently I have a 55 gal. tank with a 12" snowflake eel, large tomato clown, yellow-tailed damsel, and a 4" rock beauty angel (actually he is doing great...), along with a sand sifting star, rose anemone, xenia coral, mushrooms, button polyps, etc. I would like to add some creatures for clean-up but am afraid as I don't know for sure what my eel will and won't eat...He's not too agressive and as long as I keep him fed doesnt seem to bother the other fish too much, with the exception of the damsel (which I don't really care about). I have heard that snails should be fine but that he will probably eat hermit crabs. Any one else able to give an opinion on this? I was also just given a 90 gallon for free so shortly this will all be transferred over to that once I have the time to get it up and cycled...Thanks in advance!
Oh yea, the tank is only about 6 months old, water parameters are perfect, and no real algae breakouts, except the occasionaly hair algae spot here and there.
