Cloudy Water, but my tank is cycled???

I just recenty finished the cycle of my 55 gallon tank with fish, I did a partial water change after i noticed my nitrites being a little high and my ammonia was rising, after this the water turned cloudy again, is this another bacteria bloom, or just because of the new water? My parameters as of today are,
ph=6.8
Nitrites=0
Nitrates=10
Ammonia=0
Water Temp 79

I'm confused - you say your tank is cycled, then you say your ammonia and nitrie was high, then you list your parameters and there is no ammonia or nitrite.

this was right before my tank finished cycling, once i did the water change my parameters were just right, but then my water turned cloudy, sorry for confusing you
