many times whan you move existing gravel etc to a new tank you may get a bacterial bloom or possibly sediment from the existing tank.

the bacteria may get a dose of food releases when the gravel was aggitated..also sediment may have dislodged from the old gravel.

which model fluval?? you may need to set up the filtration a bit.

You can never have too much filtration in your tank. What Fluval do you have? A 304 or higher should be just fine if you have a second filter in the tank. The cloudy water is probably just a bacteria bloom. How are you water parameters? A partial water change can help but chances are the water will clear up by itself and the fact that it is cloudy won't hurt the fish. Is there anything on the walls of the aquarium? I have seen white alge grow on the walls of an aquarium after a move.
