I cant tell if my clown loach is pregnant ive heard that nobody has witnessed a clown loach that bread in an aquarium. I have two clown loaches in there...Could it be that he's pregnant or is there some type of disease where the belly sticks out on the bottom like that?

What size are they? Not a chance of them carrying eggs.;) It's very rare to hear them naturally breed in captivity.

They're well-fed in my opinion. Always keep 3 as the minimum. Give tank size consideration before adding more.

ok thanx. I guess your right because i have been feeding them alot

Probably just fat... happens on my fish sometimes...

Got any pics?

Actually, I've read at loachesonline or some similar site that carrying eggs is not all that uncommon in adults. But they never lay or fertilize them. Of course, yours are most likely not nearly a foot long, adult size yet...
