they were $6 each for 5 inch ones at my LFS last week... but that was MY price- not the sticker price lol

I think she sells them for $10 otherwise

I get a dicount because I help the LFS out a lot.. they would be bankrupt if it werent for me... I have acctually loaned them rent money on two occasions lol

TwoTankAmin, what are you doing to get those plants growing in so well? Is this a high-tech tank with CO2?

It looks gorgeous. I want to do something similar in the tank I'm setting up this summer.

if you order from that pet place they sell clowns for 3.99......they are a decent place to deal with ...

Mine were tiny, I got them 3 for $6
I paid for 6, but got home with 7...

it depends totally on their size..

I purchased 5 and came home with 6, the guy who sold them said he gave me an extra one. I made a mistake 2 days before, when from the same store I purchased other fish, I did float them but didn't quarantine them, how ever I did prepare my tank well. My mistake was not quarantining them I'm afraid at times is easier said than done.. I lost 3 of my 4 year old Clown's when I purchased a black Angel, the Angel looked fine, but it also died. I don't know what happened, unless the stress the Angel went through with being harassed by my other Angel but it had a secure hiding spot, but the trauma could have caused it to die, then maybe my Clown's played with it's body.. All I know is that in the morning I had 4 dead fish.

Anyway I purchased my 6 Clowns they are doing well, I have only had them 5 days and already they seem to have grown, except one that I noticed on the first day was far too thin.. I see from some posts here that can be caused by a parasite. If so, is it something that will pass on to my other fish? I keep an eye on it, it is eating but maybe not always hanging out with the other Clowns.
