My 3month old clown tang refuses to eat anything other than brine shrimp, he used to eat everything! Fattest fish in the tank, then I got flutes, witch cleared up quickly and he was eating normally again for about 2 weeks and now all of a sudden he is really dark in color and is "skin and bones" I've watched him closely when I feed and he will not eat pellets even if I soak them first and is minimule on eating brine shrimp. HELP! I don't want to loose him.

Put a sheet of nori in there for him. He'll probably eat some shelled peas, as well.

Hmm, then I'd try to get him some Red Gracilaria (http://www.ipsf.com/tangheaven.html), he should eat that. If not, then it likely has an internal parasite or diet related issue. Tangs need lots of macroalgae/greens. Pellet foods should not be a staple in their diet.

My sailfin is stupid fat. Its just the clown tang. There is this powder mix that when mixed with water turns to a gell and its algea based with other nutriance, can't rember the name right now but he seems to be eating that. You dip a rock in it befor it hardens and then the tangs graze on it. But my foxface loves it so it goes fast and I don't want to over feed everyone else butting to much of it in.
