Clownfish project trouble

Hi there i was wondering if you guys could help me on my project. I looked and researched but found nothing here are the questions:

What positive effects do humans have on the creature or the enviroment?

What negative effects do humans have on the creature or the enviroment?

What method of census taking and/or observation would be best to moonitor this creature? (3 examples)

i wouldnt focus upon anemonefish. you should focus more upon reef/anemone more. since many anemonefish dwell along and in reef/anemones. humans impact reefs more so causing a chain. look into that before you can specifically look at one species. its just like an aquarium. you are not supposed to take care of the fish as much as you are supposed to take care of the tank/water quality. good water quality/tank means good fish. same goes with the ocean. good quality = good reef = good fish. so humans = pollution = bad quality = dead reef = dead fish....
