Does this tubing actually work?

I've read regular tubing allows a considerable amount of CO2 to escape..

I'd heard somewhere along the line that the regular (clear) airline hose was "leaky", that it was permeable to CO2, but that the green stuff was not. So I used the green stuff. Seems to work fine, no other experience to compare it to.

I just bought 10 feet of C02 resistant tubing from premiumaquatics.com. I have no real way to tell if it's doing exactly what they claim, but it is more like semi-rigid tubing. It's not nearly as flimsy as regular aquarium air line tubing. It fits a lot tighter on the inputs/outputs of my bubble counter, regulator, etc.

Thanks, but I just got some! Along with some other 'toys' and one bag of Flourite. What was going to be a quarantine 10 gallon is now going planted.. :)
