cold water plants?

hey i am doin my 15 gal with a couple of baby australian bass in it, they are a cold water fish, and i want to put some plants in there but am not sure if i can put like swords, hair grass, wisteria and java ferns in there.
do all plants live in all temps? or are there cold water and tropical plants?

i think anacharis is cold water plants and some floating plants.. i think hairgrass will work also i have them outside in a big water bowl thing..

Water milifoil is agood choice for trops and coldwater tanks also that pond weed stuff
