Hello! I have available a few pieces of commercial aquarium equipment. First is an unused Saline Solutions calcium reactor. Those members from the Great White North will no doubt recognize the SS name better than our American members as the company is based in Canada. The unit was originally purposed to run a 750+ gal retail coral system in a Big Al's franchise but was never installed. It collected dust for 5 years and when the store folded it was part of a lot of merchandise and supplies I purchased. The unit has two media chambers 6" dia x 24" tall with a Mag 9 pump for the recirculation duties. Overall dimensions are a footprint of 26" x 8.25" and a height of 28.5". Water inlet and outlet are 1/4" John Guest Speedfit fittings with a ball valve on the output to fine tune flow rate through the unit. There is an integral bubble counter, but the unit does NOT have an integral probe port, so one will need to be installed or an external probe setup will be needed. This is the reactor only and does not include the controller or CO2 system. I would expect this unit to be suitable up to about 1000 gal system capacity.Asking $500.
Also I have a commercial biotower, slightly used. It's constructed of 1/4" acrylic and measures approx 18" x 18" and is 60 " tall not counting the plumbing on top. By my calculation it will hold about 55 gal of bioballs, and is suitable for a heavily stocked system of over 1000 gal. Asking $250 Shipping is possible on these items but will no doubt be rather expensive. The reactor may be able to go standard carrier but the biotower will need to go by truck. Purchaser will pay actual packing and shipping costs. I would be willing to travel a bit to meet as well.
