Cool! C. reticulatus it is.

Here is a view of my C. aeneus. Any guesses as to gender?

F FJB Female on the left, male on right, based on body shape, the females tend to be bulkier
 
I agree with NC on the first aeneus pic although I'm less sure of the brochis...Can you post a different pic of them? My guess is again female on the left, possible male on the right. They look to be not quite adult...how big & how long have you kept them? You may have to wait & see, but that's part of the fun!
 
Yeah brochis I'd say are too young for now to tell
 
I will try more pics of the Brochis. tomorrow. Yeah, they are young. Have grown some since purchased in September.

I also have 3 C. panda in another tank. In two of them the 'white' is more pinkish than white, while the 3rd is white. All are the same age and came together. However, I couldn't get a picture with all three. Will try some more. Can anybody suggest genders?

Well, judging by the brochis "tummies" & color I'm going to guess female behind a "possible" also female or male...hedging my bets, lol.

Your pandas are hard to say. The longer bodied 1 (both on the right) look male to me. The "other 1" doesn't really look female, maybe the last "left" fish. Feed them up & post new pics in a month or so, I may change my mind.

I am going to say you need more of both species ;) Enabling you!
 
I think both pandas in the photo are male. Females are pretty round.

Brochis are a little more difficult to tell as both are pretty similar.
 
yea same with sterbai - the males are almost small and the females are huge - not just length but width. The brochis look very similar to bronze (colour) but of course phyiscally very different. Do they have a unique personality ?
