Hi People, Through my job I look after a guy who has been bought two so-called 'blue dolphin sharks'. However I can not find any info on this species and I am trying to help him to care for his fish. I've read similar posts on here + it has been suggested the 'blue dolphin shark' might be a Whale catfish or Paroon shark along with some other species. However after looking at many pictures I am not sure. His fish at the moment are about 5 inches long and are a very deep, dark blue. They have completely black eyes and are similar to what a paroon shark looks like but there is still some diferences. Without sounding dramatic they look exactly like miniture great white sharks minus the pointy snout. The slightly bigger of his two fish has now taken to biting small chunks out of the other one and at times appears quite fast and aggressive. At the moment they are eating dried tropical food but we were informed their preferred food are blood worms, they will begin to be fed on these. We've also heard they will grow very big if kept in larger tanks. I am becoming concerned about it now (i.e if it is a paroon shark or similar unsuitable species for a home aquarium).....help ?!?
