Considering adding a frog. Any suggestions?

Dwarf frogs are very different than clawed frogs.

Wait until the cycle is over.

You can get several, or just one. They don't need to be in pairs. I've found they are more fun to watch when there are a few of them, however.

You may want to increase your school size, or take back one of the sets of fish and just have one larger school.

I'm slightly concerned that the rosy barbs will be nippy towards the frogs.

Keep a lot of hiding places like caves and stuff.

If your gravel is sharp, frogs aren't a good match.

Did you read my article that Halekock so kindly linked?

As mentioned, you *must* eliminate any and *all* gaps in your tank hood. A frog can and *will* jump out. They die a horrible nasty death since they breathe atmospheric air - the frog basically becomes drier and crunchier and its just a horrible way to go.
