convicts aggression toward each other...

i just got them a floating log and another hiding/mating spot.... dino-skeleton...pretty cool i thought. hopefuly they will feel more comfortable with some hiding spots with some darkness. maybe pop out some babies... could i possibly put the fry in a my 5gallon with a couple of snail temporarily if need be?
 
depends on the number of fry you get. Usually, first time parents (the fish) dont have a clue what to do. I had two successful layings with no life to be seen, but the third, well, i had 120-150 babies. I moved 3/4 to a small (ten gallon) tank, and they all died. But the 40 or so that were in the 75 tank with mom and dad are thriving and doing rather well. Anyone want some con fry? about 1/2 inch or so in length. Free to a good home. I am running out of places to put them. please take them?
