I noticed that my Swissguard Basslet had a few ich spots on it a few days ago. I decided to monitor it for a day or two to see if it recovered. About 2 days later, the ich cysts were gone. Now they're back. And my poor Swissguard is covered in them. The guy at my not-so-LFS told me to treat with copper. I've got some Cupramine that I've never used, but I don't know how much to use. I've got a Seachem test kit, so I'll know the amount I have in there. The quarantine tank is all ready to go, I just need that bit of info. Any help would be appreciated; I don't wanna lose this awesome little fish!!!

are the spots reappearing and disapearing? do you have sand in the tank? it could be a possibility that the sand is sticking to the fish. i went through this with my tang at first i was in a panic because he was covered in white spots but then i noticed they were gone. then the next day covered again here it was where he was laying at night the sand was covering him up just make sure before you go adding all kinds of stuff then if your sure then treat
