You know, I'm gonna have to go with the code enforcement officer on this one. It wasn't safe. And, seriously, I don't find it "moving" that she was selling lemonade at $2/glass in order to go to Disney. Yep, just call me party pooper.

Ahhh......I'm all for it if she could find a less dangerous spot to sell her lemonade.

I'm either getting bitter, or am immune to cute, I have to agree with the city on this one. If she'd been in her front yard, no problem, but at "the most dangerous intersection in our city" is neither the location for a child, nor for motorists stopping in traffic to get a glass of lemonaid. Besides it's not like she was working for anything but to get a cool vacation.

This is just one more life lesson she is learning. I'm glad she got her free passes, however.

now that I think about it, maybe having a stand in that area, charging that amount isn't the smartest thing to do.
