what LPS corals should i get for a 20 gallon aquarium with 130 watts of PC light? I like ones with tentacles and stuff, brain corals dont look so bad, the tank will have button polyps and ricordia mushrooms already but thats not a good enough choice for me, the tank will have 2 O. Clownfish and 1 or 2 cleaner shrimp

frogspawn and hammer corals are nice. also bubble coral and alviapora.

i was thinking of frogspawn

so button polyps, frogspawn and mushrooms, how about macro algae, could i put some macro algae in the main tank or will it just take over the corals?

i know a few people who have had macro alage in the display tank. I dont see any issues with it, as long as it is kept under control. Just keep it in a low flow area to get the benifit of it.

define keep under control?

ok, i shouldnt let it go near corals right?

Many corals can coexist with algae and a good number if the algae become far over growth in ones tanks, corals can suffer, but not so much as far as I know with the hammer or trumpet corals for I seen a good many corals that others had turned in at the lfs and the staff had to use a toothbrush to remove most the algae that covered them>
