I just put 2 False Percs and Corals in my tank and I have some Green Star Polyps and some Button Polyps that look to be orange or red under blue lighthing.

I want to get a Torch Coral from my LFS, it's really nice full, green with yellow tips, and I want to get it before he sells it. He's gonna hold it for me for 4 days max. I have to decide by Monday. Everywhere I read says that they are a little difficult to keep.

What do you guys think about noobs keeping Torch Corals?

Also do Torch Corals have any indicators like Green Star Polyps do when they are unhappy or unhealthy??

Here's a list of Corals I plan to get withing the next year, not in any order. It's a big list. Let me know if it's too much, or better yet, let me know if I should go with more.

Green Star Polyps - done
Button Polyps - done
Torch Coral - maybe soon, maybe not
Orange Sun Coral
Brain Coral - not sure which type yet
Blue Stripe Mushroom Coral
Ricordia Mushroom - red/pink
Yellow Fiji Leather
Young Finger Leather
Bubble Coral - Pearl most likely.
