You need to really report it correctly. It's not a great feedback score.
They also had 7 neutral feedbacks where things went wrong and this brings his feedback score down lower. Overall CoriesRUs is 950/991. Redkahuna is 346/348, and Flguppiesplus is 1364/1364.
I was actually in the process of looking for the neutral feedback and getting more information from google so I could update the comment, but thanks for doing it for me. I shouldn't have said it outweighs.
