Well heres the thing, males should not be housed together. If you want 4 of them, you need either all females, or one male.
Babies cannot be sexed until a few months old. Mine is probably about 3-4 months and we still cannot sex them.
Now I don't know where you are located, but I'm in the US, so we have Petco/Petsmart. I personally purchased my baby there, due to convenience and not wanting to ship a gecko. They sell adults usually, but sometimes have babies. One of the ones around me had adults and they will let you check them out and sex them. Males have larger hemipenile bugles at the base of the tail.
For live plants, yes you can, but they become nasty when the geckos poo on them all day. A lot of people will get live plants then replace them every month. Plants like ficus, pothos and schefflera are the most recommend. Plants also help with the humidity.
You can go for all babies just realize you need to watch them, and if any fighting remove that one that starts it, because it could be two males. There is no way to tell what the gecko is either until it is older, unlike leopard geckos and other geckos which the sex is determined on the temperature it was incubated.
