yep. gravel vac's the only reliable way to get rid of fish poop, just like the only reliable way to get rid of algae is to use an algae scraper.

Even if they did eat fish poop..They would poop themself in a never ending cycle.Just clean the tank yoursel.f

They will sometimes sift through the waste looking for undigested food. They are detrivores. They do not, however "eat poo" and must never be expected to live off fish waste.
