If he was to indeed be convicted of the aggravated cruelty to animals charge, would that not set some sort of precedent? Which could then lead to other laws having to be modified as this would then be considered case law? (or something like that)

I guess we'll be seeing special investigator Lucas and agent Sandano on Animal Precinct carrying out fish tanks soon.
