I was cleaning one of my tanks and noticed some planaria (tiny wiggly white worms) swimming around. If I collected as many as I could, and put them in a still water goldfish bowl with some of the gravel they are in, and fed them a bit every feeding time, would they have any nutritional value?
Just trying to find a way to feed my gar fry once they hatch, and these worms look like they would be a good size according to my research, but I cannot find anything saying their nutritional value to fish.
