so recently all of my cutteri fry are dieing off. they seem to just lose the ability to swim and then just die on the bottom of the tank. when they try to swim it looks like theyre struggling. i have like 5 fry left. plz help me save the last ones.

Does it look like they have velvet, ick, any other diseases or they just look regular? Some fry get diseases easily which makes it hard to figure out what really killed them. You have a heater in this tank right? I always like high temperatures (80+) in my fry tanks as it helps them fight off disease if it's present (small chance as most disease hate high temps). Do you also have them in a bare bottom tank? The bottom may have some bacteria that is killing them. It may even be the food you're feeding them.
ok so theyre in a 10 gallon by themselves. they look normal, but they flip around. they do have a heater preset at 78, and it is bare bottom. is there any way i could add some sand in now? i dont think thats it bc the reason i moved them was bc they were dieing with there parents. i thought the dad was killing them bc he was trying to mate, and he's really nipped the female bc of it 
What are you feeding them? Did they start dying off like that after you moved them or before? I prefer my tanks bare bottom when it comes to raising fry.

If they were in with the parents, it must not be the bottom. I like bare bottom tanks too but when they are around the 1 inch range, I switch them to sand/gravel as I had a batch of fry die off once from using bare bottom only (I experimented with a couple batches, one in bare bottom and one in sand; the sand tank had no deaths but bare bottom did). Try not to over feed and have some type of snail in the tank to eat leftovers if you do over feed. What exactly are you feeding them? If your water is good, I don't know what else it can be as you said they don't seem to have anything on them.
i have MTS with them and maybe a few pond snails, im feeding crushed up flake. it seems more like a disease. could swim bladder be genetic? could they eat peas?
That may be it but not sure. Does it look like swim bladder? Maybe if you can get a video with a close up of the fry, it can help. I'm not a fan of flakes as it can cause dropsy and swim bladder and haven't fed my fish any since I first started out so can't help you out there.
