Cycle Done?

My nirites dropped to 0 and my nitrates are at 5 is my tank cycled?

My ammonia already peaked and dropped about a week ago.

Yes I agree, maybe wait for a couple days to be sure. Do you have fish in your tank or are you doing a fishless cycle? If doing a fishless cycle, I would still be adding small amounts of ammo each day, until you're sure the stats stay at 0
