cycling question

i added LR to my tank that is cycling.the ammonia was high already but now its off the chart. and i have lost a couple of green chromis.should i wait it out or do a small water change?
and should i take the dead fish out? this is my first time using fish to cycle.i normally use cocktail shrimp.any suggestions?

Take the dead fish out, sounds like you have plenty of ammonia allready. If there are still live fish in the tank I would start doing water changes to lower the ammonia levels.
