I would worry more about it heating up the tank too much to keep dart frogs.

I think that's perfect, add a water dish so the humidity rises too. Or if your substrate is wet enough, you don't have to add the water dish.

NO dart frogs need to be kept below 80-83
Try 72-76

Are you sure i thought it was 80 at the most so i'll add a little more ventilation at the back. Does that sound good?

It really depends on the type of frog you are looking to get. Leucs like it in the upper 70's to low 80's. Pumilio like it low to mid 80's as well. Most others like it low to mid 70's. I have had to learn from experience when moving frogs around (only certain one's can go in my sunroom where it gets warmer than the rest of the house).
