I think that's perfect, add a water dish so the humidity rises too. Or if your substrate is wet enough, you don't have to add the water dish.

It really depends on the type of frog you are looking to get. Leucs like it in the upper 70's to low 80's. Pumilio like it low to mid 80's as well. Most others like it low to mid 70's. I have had to learn from experience when moving frogs around (only certain one's can go in my sunroom where it gets warmer than the rest of the house).
