Here's a pic of the 20long viv with the citronella and oelemari in it......it had gotten all over grown and tangled looking...had the day off today and thought I would tidy it up a bit...

AWSOME!!!! That 2nd pic of yours is especially great!! There were some unbelievably gorgeous dart frogs at the Lowery Park Zoo last time I was in Fla.
Like a yellow orange but sooo bright!! They looked rubber. Good job!!

cool viviarium, EMG!

do you have any good links for care, etc. or retailers in our area (CT-ish) ?

thanks, ooh and could you tell us a little about the stuff you do to keep them?

thanks again, B.W.

Blackwolf........BlackJungle up in Greenfield, Mass is where I get my frogs and supplies. REally cool store with lots of darts and vivs..and racks and racks of driftwood and they also have thier own greenhouse full of tropical plants.

A link to thier website...you'll find some info there as to keeping and caring for darts...and also some "how tos" into setting up vivs. http://www.blackjungle.com/home.htm

I feed my frogs on flightless friutflies and have to keep a running supply at all times. I make my own cultures and have a shelf full of plastic fly containers full of flies...fun...hehe...

They really aren't difficult to keep at all...much easier than fish tanks....lol...

Wow! - nice photos...

I agree, the second photo is very cool! Why do you have a hard time taking pictures of it? Is it just reclusive, or is it scared of the camera?
