darts in australia

I would expect the answer to both questions to be 'no'.

Im pretty sure they're legal.

Well, i've seen numerous vivariums with dart frogs in them from people in Australia.

They could be holding them illegally thought....

My only advise for you is to check your LFS and ask them if thy're illegal.

Better yet, check with the wildlife department in the government....LFS advice is often questionable in veracity.

To own reptiles or amphibians in NSW at least you must be licensed, and the more poisonous or dangerous the animal your after the longer it takes and the more it costs to obtain a reptile/amphibian keeper license. I wouldnt be sure about the other states though, but it took ages to get my licence to come through for my blue tongue skink and bearded dragon and they are harmless.
