Dirty Platy

Are platies dirty because I have three 1 male and 2 female. The biggest female is ALWAYS pooping lol

Not IME. If fish are overfed, they'll excrete unneeded food and produce a lot of waste. I feed my platys once a day. They seem to do very well with little food and aren't 'messy' fish.

I also have two females and one male. My females appear to be poop machines also. Even when I only fed them three flakes once a day, they are always pooping.
