hi I have three pairs of discus breeding but all the females eat the eggs after one or two days of haven laid my pH is 7.0, harness is 120 ppm and amonia, nitrite and nitrate are 0.
any suggestion would be help full

How long have the discus been breeding for? To what I've read, it may take them a few tries to get it right, and frequently they will eat the first few attempted spawns. As they continue trying, supposedly they will begin to figure out that they are not intended to eat the eggs, and will allow them to hatch. I can't say I have personal experience with this, as I've only been keeping discus for a matter of 3 weeks... I'm still pretty new to them. I'm sure plenty of others on here can help shed some light from years of experience on this topic. :)

Yeah wait it out. If they have bred more than 5 times unsuccessfully you might want to separate them. You also may want to figure if you have a bunch of lesbian Discus.

My white butterfly have spawned no less than 12 times in a row, he greedily eating every egg the minute she released it. The last two spawns he actually fertilized and they guarded them twice.....then ate them. My butterflies are only a year or so old, very young yet, I understand with some of them it takes time, could be around age 18 months - 24 months before they get it right. On the other hand I have a pair that got it right the first time and had wrigglers. Just be patient. After 2 days you should be able to at least tell if they are fertile, you'll see that they stay transparent and you can see a little speck that will be eyes. If you see that, at least they are a fertile pair, so it's a waiting game.
