Discussion thread: Connecticut get together (intrested?)

So, right now we have:

Still waiting to see if blackwolf can make it, and Pet if she feels like taking a vacation. Would everyone be willing to chip in for the tour? I'm definitely interested in that part.
 
I'm interested in the tour... Just not interested in dragging my family around it.
 
Ill be at least 2 as well as long as I dont have any unforseen circumstances which it doesnt look like at this point. I would be intrested in the tour as well but it depends on what the final cost for it comes out to. I would have to convince the wife :hang: so the more people the better.

Prices are $9.50 for ages 3-17, and $13.50 for adults.
Regular prices are $12.50 and $17.50, respectively.

They also offer a behind-the-scenes tour of the support systems, all the filtration units, feeding support and all that.
These tours are a max of 15 people per group, and they charge $75 per group.

It's looking like the date will be the 22nd, unless someone should choose to be forecefully decisive, or that definately doesn't work for somebody.

I believe Pet mentioned that she couldn't make it, so we currently have 7 or 8 people, dependant on Sploke's powers of persuasion.

If it's going to be the 22nd, we really need to know by the end of thursday so we could take care of the tickets Friday (I'm assuming they won't have someone able to do party booking on the weekend), if we don't have enough for the group rate, we do still have the option of the behind the scenes tour, but need to have that taken care of by Friday.
 
I hve a 4 hour drive to get there.. ;) give or take..

maybe I should have thought about that before saying my wife will come.
 
If Doug is going to leave that morning, for his sake we should probably meet closer to noon or so.

Heh... I'm not *that* worried..


As much as I'd like to take a whole weekend away, it's getting closer + closer to baby time.. my time's probably best spent at home the other day of the weekend, but maybe... hmmmm
