Hi All,
I'm new here, and I'd appreciate a little feedback regarding a DIY 2L bottle CO2 system.
I'm setting up my 75 gallon Oceanic with built in overflow and wet/dry filter. I want to use a little CO2 to help bolster my plant growth, and I've been reading up on how to set up the bottle/yeast system.
First of all, how long does each mixture last?
Secondly, how do I most efficiently disperse the gas into the tank? I'm worried about diffusing the bubbles due to the potential for a clog causing an explosion. What's the best way for me to get the bubbles into the aquarium? If I could do something in the wet/dry near the return it would be ideal for cosmetic reasons, and it might allow me to use two bottles more easily.
Thanks for any help,
Whitey
