In my tank, i have 2 dalmatian mollies, 2 clown loaches, and a plecko. A few days ago, i noticed that all but the pleco had the beginning stages of ich. I've raised the water temp and added salt, so i guess i just have to wait until that's cleared up. The fish all seem healthy and happy.

However, the same day (About 2 days ago) I noticed a few tiny goldish spots on the mollies. I'm not sure if its just their natural colouration though, because i'd never looked at them so closely until i thought they had ich. they're very small spots, a few on each fish, mostly on the underside. Could it be velvet? No more have appeared in the 2 days, and the fish aren't showing any symptoms. What do you think?

Also, is copper sulphate safe to use with my clowns?

You should avoid copper or other metals overall if you can. They're not too good for anything. also you should keep doing water changes and adding salt. Many cysts would probably have survived in the gravel when you did a salt treatment. The salt will also kill the velvet if your mollies have it.
