do shrimp antennae grow ?

It may take more than one molt yes.

My Anenome crab only had 2 legs when I got 'em, now he's got 6, plus the modified pair in the back, and it took 3 moltings for the new legs to appear at all. I dunno what happened to him at the store, but he was able to get around fine, and molted relatively quickly.

mann if only humans were as efficient as animals...amazing...like sharks loose a tooth and grow another...= )

Yeah i have a red banded cleaner shrimp and he lost one of his claws and in 6 days he molted and his claw was back and looking good.
