I can remember what this is called. It is alive but barely. What do I need to to to get this thing to flourish?

I can't tell but it kinda looks like a hygro difformis. But those are usually very full plants that grow very very fast. I had a hygro difformis in my tank but it grew so fast that I decided to remove it. If it isn't flourishing I have no idea why, it was by far the fastest growing plant i've ever had.

Yep, it's hygro difformis aka wisteria. The plant is a very fast grower and is a pretty good indicator plant for nutrient deficiency because of it, it will often exhibit symptoms before other plants.

What are your tank size and light specs? Are you adding any fertilizers?

my light is low 30 watts in a 55 gallon, cant figure out how to jack it up. i have had problems with frill, but my other plants do great. I have a substrate enhancer called laterite. I have also added some liquid ferts, it seems to be doing better since i added the laterite
