Forgot to ask this in my question yesterday and didn't want to add it as a reply in case it got lost.

Does the 2028 Pro II have adjustable flow? Reason I ask is that I have a 28g I would use it on now, anticipating the purchase of a 75 to 125 in the near future. Just curious if I could use it (toned down) in the 28g?

How do you adjust the flow? I've always ran the 2026 and 2028 full out. I guess you could close the valve somewhat on the return tube. I wouldn't close the intake tube at all. In fact, I'd just place the return spraybar into the corner of the tank and direct the flow into the wall of the tank rather than closing either valve.

One thing I didn't see there was the lenghth of the input/outflow hoses. Can someone give me an estimate of the length of these please?

Two things...

I sold these units for years and NEVER read the manual. I always thought the Control Lever was part of the locking mechanism and didn't play with it after locking the unit.

I cut the tube in half or if not used the longer hose on the intake rather than the return side.
