does too much flow defeat live rock?

my reef tank is 75 gallons with about 80 lbs live rock.

I have a seio 820,an aquaclear (275 gph) and a fluval fx5 canister for roughly
2,000 gph water flow.

does this much flow sound ok? or will it hamper the live rock?

I hope not as I have a 75 with 2 seio 820's an aquaclear 70 (mini fuge) and a mag 3 driving my aqua remora skimmer and I am thinking of adding 2 maxijet 900's on a wave maker.....I have heard that you can't have too much flow (as long as your corals are placed accordingly)
