Double Membrane Diffuser

Has anyone used something called a double membrane diffuser.

It seems too good to be true, but if it works this would be perfect for me.

They are okay for a tiny tank with tiny CO2 demands.
I would never suggest anyone use one personally.

Use a flow through reactor, the filter intake, a disc style diffuser or in some cases with low light, seachem Excel.

which of these would you say is the most efficient way to diffuse co2 from a DIY bottle?
-wood airstone
-filter intake
-glass or ceramic disc diffuser

Any will work good, the disc diffusers will do the best over the long term certainly, you can place it in the water flow output for better dissolution.
