dubia roaches' nutrition info (for oscars)?

Yes! They are very good feeders for small to large cichlids and all mine love them. And I believe a wild Oscars diet is made up of close to 90% insects so all the more reason.

I gut load all mine with crushed dog food, tropical fish flakes, leftover salad greens, vegetables, fruit, bread and baby food. They basically eat anything.
