I'd just vacuum it up after they finish eating. Getting fish for the sole reason of cleaning up usually isn't good policy, and any fish like that would probably outcompete your frogs for food.

I have a syphoning (I think thats what its called) vacum pump. Isnt it a bit of hassle everytime you do it? Like you have to set up the water again.

You could just use a turkey bastor to suck up the excess.
