dwarf baby tears?

i heard somewhere that dwarf baby tears can be grown out of water or partially submerged
is this true? and if so how can i plant it out of water?

btw this is going in my 29 gallon plaudarium.

Dwarf baby tears aka HC can be grown emersed. You just have to provide a good soil and great humidity for it to be nice and healthy.
