My wife has a dwarf gourami tank and has a powder blue male that we've had for a month or so. It came down with a few ich spots a week or more ago so we've been treating the tank with Jungle Ick Guard II which has done a good job. Today is the 3rd day without spots that I've been treating and there have been no more show up. At about the same time we noticed the ich, I noticed a small abrasion/wound on his left side but it doesn't look fleshy or bloody so I thought maybe he'd just rubbed the scales off. This hasn't gone away and I just noticed several tiny holes in his head that concern me. Just above the Gill and eye he has these holes that look like someone jabbed him with a needle. they are on both sides. She doesn't have another powder blue but her Red Honey, neon blue nor sunset orange have these holes. We also had a small female dwarf of some type that mysteriously died yesterday and had blood in its mouth. No warning at all, she was active and eating, normal size. The powder blue stays in his corner but they all prettymuch stay to themselves in the normal gourami fashion. I just fed them and he was slow noticing the food compared to the others but once he saw it he ate just fine. Does anyone else have a powder blue and/or a gourami with these tiny holes? Kyle
