Dwarf Neon Blue Gourami-Is this the right place to discuss?

I am not a newbie and haven't received more than a little advice about my male gourami.

Can I post here w/questions just about them?

They are not cichlids... i dont recall what genus but they breathe with a labyrinth organ which i think classifies them. You will have the most succsess with responses posting in either the General Freshwater or Freshwater Newbie Forum.
