can i put 2 electric yellow cichlids in a tank with, 2 iridescent sharks, 5 neon tetras, 1 redtail shark?

Honestly, there's a few fish in your list that shouldn't be kept together at all.

The electric yellow cichlids come from the rift lakes of africa and require a high ph (base, 8.0) and hard water.

At the other end are the neon tetras which require low ph (acidic, 6.0-7.0) and soft water.

Irredescent sharks look very cool as juvies at the petstore, but they grow into monsters that most aquarists don't have room to provide proper housing for. Even if you did have a large enough aquarium, it would eat all of your other fish eventually.

If you already have the fish listed, I would try to find a new home for them, or keep them healthy until they start to outgrow your tank and euthanize them.

Most african cichlid keepers, keep them in aquariums only with other african cichlids (furthermore divided by which lake they come from). I think you should decide whether you want to keep a peaceful tropical community, or a relatively aggressive african cichlid community.

The yellow labs will harass other fish.
The IR sharks should be fast enough to get away, and I think the neon tetras will also.
I would worry about the redtail though...
Electric yellows are notorious fin nippers. :(

Yah I have 3 Yellow Lab's in my 90 gal community tank. They do nip fins a lot. I lost 2 green cories to them. You can also add more plants and caves because I think that was the biggest reason in my tank that there wasn't enough territory for them to claim. I haven't had any problems with the Yellow labs harassing anything lately since I've added more bogwood except maybe a keyhole cichlad at feeding time. My Black neons, bleeding hearts and lemon tetras all have great fins.

Good luck :)

they might get the red tail but other than that go for it couse i herd the tetras can change with out stress

The other trick is to try and hit the recommended ratio of 1M:3F.
I had one M that went after all my corys, but as soon as I added 2 females, his interest in the other fish disappeared.
