Well, if they have been in your tank for 5 years, then it was not resently introduced. You do a WC every 17days and only 20%? With 75 Labs I would do at lease 20-30% weekly. I still believe that there may be a bully in the tank somewhere, but it could also be an internal parasite.

You don't want to use medication until you know what you are treating for exactly.
You mentioned you are using dip strips for testing, correct? It would be extremely helpful to know what the numbers are. Which dip strips are you using and which tests are they?
